parmesan Crusted ChickenThis is absolutely delicious. Don’t change a thing! I took this to a house party and everyone loved it but I’ve been making it at home just for us too
*Ingredients:**
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (reduced-fat if possible)
– 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (whole wheat or low-fat)
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 2 teaspoons paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup light mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for fewer points)
– Cooking spray or 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
