Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease a small baking dish or ramekins with butter or oil.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and any optional spices/herbs.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
