Weight Watchers Spicy goulash with bean stew – 3point

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the mixed beans and let it simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
