- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mixed beans and let it simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
