Instructions:

- Place the oats in a blender or food processor and pulse until they form a fine flour-like consistency.
- Add the ripe banana, Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the blender with the oats.
- Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth pancake batter.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour the batter onto the skillet to form individual pancakes. You can make them as small or large as you like.
- Cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface of the pancakes, then flip them and cook until they’re golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the pancakes with your favorite WW-friendly toppings, such as fresh berries, a dollop of Greek yogurt, a drizzle of sugar-free syrup, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
