1. Mash the avocado in a small bowl using a fork until smooth, then mix in the lime juice.
2. Lay the wraps flat on a clean surface.
3. Spread half of the avocado mixture evenly over each wrap.
4. Layer cucumber, carrot, red sweet pepper, and feta cheese evenly over the avocado on each wrap.
5. Roll each wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
6. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap in foil or parchment to take on the go.
