3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari (for a gluten-free option)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional, for additional flavor)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
